Inclusion Criteria

Participants in OABD and OIBD groups were followed up or recently diagnosed by the Ophthalmology Department of Fırat University College of Medicine. Likewise, sex and age matched healthy participants were also included as controls

Exclusion Criteria

systemic administration of steroids or immunosuppressive agents within the last 30 days, presence of another disease increasing oxidative stress state, alcohol abuse, ingestion of vitamin or another medicine having an oxidative effect in the previous six months, body mass index higher than 30 kg/m2, end stage BD, and intense cataract that restricted the examination of fundus.
