Inclusion Criteria
Older adults of both genders that are functionally independent and are 60 years of age or above will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Older adults having history of cardio vascular and recent surgeries, Sensory or neurological impairments, Any past history of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions of lower limb, Any other Diseases that might have an influence on balance or gait or Any problems that might impair the ability to communicate information about fall status and frequency will be excluded
