入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Diagnosis of depression based on ICD-10 DCR criteria (F32, F33)
- •2.Age 18-50 years
- •3.Treated with adequate dose of any antidepressant(s) for at least 4 weeks
- •4.Clinical Global Impression-Improvement (CGI-I) rating worse than/equal to 3 (as per treating Psychiatrist)
- •5.Montgomery Asberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) score in the range of at least moderate depression (>=20)
- •6.Written informed consent
排除标准
- •1.Patients with suicidality
- •2.Depression with psychotic symptoms
- •3.Bipolar depression
- •4.Other co-morbid psychiatric disorder including substance use (except nicotine)
- •5.Medical co-morbidities requiring priority medical management
- •6.Presence of contra-indications to rTMS such as metallic implants, seizure disorder etc.
- •7.Pregnant females and lactating mothers
