入选标准
- •Diagnosed patients of Frozen shoulder with Stage 2,3 (stiffness >pain)
- •NPRS (3-7/10)
- •Age : 40-60 years
- •Gender : Male and female
- •Restriction of PROM >50% in abduction, flexion, and external rotation
排除标准
- •Proximal humerus Fracture to the affected shoulder
- •Rotator cuff pathology
- •Subacromial bursitis
- •Rheumatoid Arthritis of shoulder
- •Cervicogenic shoulder pain
- •Pseudo frozen shoulder
- •Locked posterior shoulder dislocation
- •Proximal humerus bony tumor
- •People who received additional pain management procedure, such as intra articular injection during the therapy
- •Surgical intervention on the affected shoulder since 6 months
- •Unhealed Scar around the shoulder
