Diagnosed patients of Frozen shoulder with Stage 2,3 (stiffness >pain)
NPRS (3-7/10)
Age : 40-60 years
Gender : Male and female
Restriction of PROM >50% in abduction, flexion, and external rotation
Proximal humerus Fracture to the affected shoulder
Rotator cuff pathology
Subacromial bursitis
Rheumatoid Arthritis of shoulder
Cervicogenic shoulder pain
Pseudo frozen shoulder
Locked posterior shoulder dislocation
Proximal humerus bony tumor
People who received additional pain management procedure, such as intra articular injection during the therapy
Surgical intervention on the affected shoulder since 6 months
Unhealed Scar around the shoulder
