-Patients who can do independently community ambulation (with or without gait aid)
-Patients who can meet criteria for plantar fasciitis and pain at heel or sole when standing or walk
-Age ≥ 18 years old
-Unilateral or bilateral foot pain
-Continuous or intermittent pain at heel or sole at least 1 month
-Mild to moderate pain (NRS=1-7)
-No language barrier
-Agree to enroll to this study
-Previously treated with NSAIDs, foot orthoses or physical therapy for plantar fasciitis within 2 weeks
-Rigid flat feet
-Patients who have underlying diseases that affect walking
-Patients who have history of rheumatoid arthritis or spondyloarthropathy
-Pregnancy
-Patients who have activities which standing or walking more than usual within 6 weeks
