Inclusion Criteria

1. In line with the diagnostic criteria for degenerative knee osteoarthritis;
2. Aged 45-80 years;
3. Suitable for combined Chinese and Western treatment;
4. The patient has good compliance and can receive clinical visits, tests and other procedures required by the program according to the program requirements.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
2. There is a history of knee trauma, combined with knee fracture, dislocation, accompanied by suppurative, non-specific infectious knee arthritis;
3. Combined with tumor, tuberculosis, hemophilic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis and other diseases caused by knee disease;
4. There are serious gastrointestinal diseases, severe mental illness, women who are pregnant or breast-feeding; those with serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases.
