Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 40\-70 years, cartilage damage II\-III according to Kellgren \& Lawrence, intensity of arthritis \>10 scorepoints according to Lequesne
- •pain intensitiy VAS Scale \> 40 mm, Patient can understand the Project and gives informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Other gait disturbances, acute joint effusion, other joint disorders except concomittant disorders of arthritis e.g. meniscus disorder, contraindication for brace (Skin disorder, infection, Diabetes), use of other brace
