All patients presenting with undifferentiated chest pain to the Emergency department at Kasturba hospital, Manipal.
Exclusion Criteria
ST Elevation seen in ECG, Pregnant women, Age < 18 years.

Name Time Method To determine the accuracy of E-HEART score by incorporating point of care echo to the conventional HEART scoreTimepoint: At the time of presentation to Emergency department within 10 minutes E- HEART score will be calculated and risk stratified.
