a)Those who meet the CP / CPPS western medical diagnostic criteria
b)Those whose disease course exceeds 3 months QOL score 3 or greater.
c)20-50 years old;
d)Those who have signed informed consent.
a)Patients refusing consent
b)Patient with a history of pelvic surgery
c)Persons with abnormal development or infection of urogenital system
d)Prostate tuberculosis, benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer, acute urethral syndrome;
e)Patients with severe physical illness, systemic failure, and allergies to Alfuzosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsule drugs
