Inclusion Criteria
- •workers involved in the plucking of leaves for at least 1 year and have given consent to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Workers who suffered from any accident or injuries related to muscle and bones from the past 1 year and have taken leave for the same.
- •Workers who are shifting their work from one department to another.
- •Workers who are doing part\-time jobs outside.
