Inclusion Criteria
All extubated patients, irrespective of duration of mechanical ventilation, who are planned to discharge from ICU to step down unit will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Those who have refused to give consent
Extubated as a part of comfort care/end of life care/discharge against medical advice
Those who are incapable of interpreting and understanding the questionnaire.
