Case definition â??
1.Cardinal features of mild cognitive Dementia like some memory troubles and trouble finding words, but they solve everyday problems and handle their own life affairs well.
2.MMSC scoring 18 -23 (Mild cognitive impairment)
1. Patients with evidence of delirium, confusion or other disturbances of consciousness, Parkinsonâ??s disease, stroke, intracranial hemorrhage, brain tumors, history of alcoholism or drug dependence, use of any psychotropic drug, diabetes mellitus, etc
2. Patients with loss of physical capabilities, such as walking, sitting, and holding oneâ??s head up and eventually, ability to swallow, to control the bladder and bowel function.
3. Patients with loss of ability to communicate.

Name Time Method Medhya Rasayan is effective in Senile Dementia. <br/ ><br>Efficacy will be assesed with mini mental scale examination under the heads orientation, registration, attention - calculation, recall, languageTimepoint: At the end of study after 3 months administration of medhya rasayan reassessment will be done to see the results
