Inclusion Criteria
Weight between 40 – 80 kg
ASA grade I to III
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient who is not giving consent.
2.Patients with mental dysfunction or cognitive deficiency.
3.Patients suffering from diseases known to affect TNF levels, e.g. DM.
4.Patients with neuro-muscular, vestibular, hepatic or major systemic disease.
5.History of psychiatric illness, alcohol or drug abuse
6.Patients requiring postoperative ventilatory support and intensive care management.
