Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Weight between 40 – 80 kg
  • •ASA grade I to III

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient who is not giving consent.
  • •2\.Patients with mental dysfunction or cognitive deficiency.
  • •3\.Patients suffering from diseases known to affect TNF levels, e.g. DM.
  • •4\.Patients with neuro\-muscular, vestibular, hepatic or major systemic disease.
  • •5\.History of psychiatric illness, alcohol or drug abuse
  • •6\.Patients requiring postoperative ventilatory support and intensive care management.
