Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patient with a positive history of chronic progressive symptoms including wheeze with breathlessness or cough with or without production of mucoid sputum for 3 consecutive months atleast for more than 2 years,features of hyperinflation p pulmonale
Exclusion Criteria
- •history suggestive of valvular heart disese,congenital heart disese or coronary artery disease,pericardial disease,hypertension,diabetes,hypothyroidism,chronic renal failure.echocardiographic evidence of regional ventricular wall motion abnormality.
