Inclusion Criteria

Patients treated at Greifswald University, Policlinic of Prosthetic Dentistry, Center of Oral Health with CD.
- All participants were patients who had received and adapted to their CDs for at least two months.

Exclusion Criteria

- Mental disorders
- Poor general health (Class III-IV according to the classification of the American Society of Anesthesiology

Primary Outcome Measures

Cleaning efficacy: Before and after the cleaning procedure the whole denture will be stained using a plaque disclosing liquid and photographed on all sites. After conducting the clinical examination for the last patient the images of different denture parts (buccal, lingual, occlusal, tissue side and teeth) will be analyzed by evaluating the proportion of the stained plaque areas to the unstained denture surface using the Photoshop software (Planimetry).<br>
