Patients between 20 and 75 years old, with adequate oral hygiene, and requiring dental implant in single non-molar tooth area (facial bone destruction > 50%).
Patients with smoking (>10 cigarettes per day), with systematic conditions hampering healing after surgery (uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, radiation therapy on head and neck region, auto-immune disease, chemotherapy, bisphosphonate medication), in pregnancy, with alcoholism, with drug abuse, and untreated and uncontrolled periodontal disease.
