Willingness to participate in research; having a nursing degree (undergraduate or graduate); at least one year experience in the emergency department; participation in the training course on communication skills in the past year; lack of any debilitating disease; normal mental status.
Exclusion criteria:Unwillingness to participate or continue the study; discharge or transfer to another department or hospital; Physical, emotional and mental severe or debilitating conditions.
