Inclusion Criteria
nursing students who are:
1)studying bsc nursing and gnm.
2)between 17-24 years.
3)medically diagnosed with migraine.
4)had 2-3 migraine episodes for past two consecutive months irrespective of migraine.
Exclusion Criteria
nursing students who are:
1)not willing to participate in study
2)performing complimentary therapy like yoga, breathing, meditation.
3)with other neurological headaches

Name Time Method Reduction in severity migraine symptoms as evidenced by HIT-6 scale were the migraine severity is measured in severe,substantial,some impact on life.Timepoint: post test after 21 days of exercises
