(1) Patients who are taking antithrombotic drugs and are unable to take a drug withdrawal or substitution in accordance with the "Guidelines for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Care for Patients Taking Antithrombotic Drugs". (2) Patients who are unable to give their consent for this study. (3) Patients who are judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable for this study.
