Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients who receive a mixed infusion with morphine as the result of severe pain
2.Opioid-sensitive pain with a fixed opioid dosage
3.Informed patient consent has been given
4.18 years or older
Exclusion Criteria
1. Intolerance of the medications used
2. History of drug use
3. Radically fluctuating or quickly developing pain symptoms
4. Informed consent is not possible
