Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with age above 18 years diagnosed with nasal polyposis and willing to undergo endoscopic sinus surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with
- •a) uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension
- •and other significant co\-morbidities
- •b) invasive fungal sinusitis
- •c) patients who have taken monteleukast pre\-operatively
