Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •birth weight between 1000\-1250 grams all inborn neonates started on feeds within 48 hours of life
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.major congenital malformations like duodenal atresia,
- •2\. chromosomal abnormalities,
- •perinatal asphyxia APGAR \< 5 min or 3\. encephalopathy
- •4\. invasive ventilation with shock on inotropes
- •5\. absent or reversal of end diastolic flow
