- •birth weight between 1000-1250 grams all inborn neonates started on feeds within 48 hours of life
排除标准
- •1.major congenital malformations like duodenal atresia,
- •2. chromosomal abnormalities,
- •perinatal asphyxia APGAR < 5 min or 3. encephalopathy
- •4. invasive ventilation with shock on inotropes
- •5. absent or reversal of end diastolic flow
