Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Healthy Indian Bhangra Dancers and non\-dancers (PARQ)
- •2\. Age 18\-45 years
- •3\. Professional dancers
- •4\. Having Dancing experience of more than 5\-10 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Any other dance forms
- •2\. Recent Musculoskeletal injury including fracture of lower limb(3months)
- •3\. Surgical cases of lower limb
- •4\. Neurological condition
- •5\. Balance and coordination issues (ankle, knee, hip instability cases)
- •6\. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy
- •7\. Collagen vascular disease
- •8\. Known cases of cardiac diseases
- •9\. Osteoporosis
- •10\.BMI greater than 24\.9
