Ayurveda is an ancient system of life. On reviewing the clinical presentation from the classical ayurvedic text the sign and system of vataja pratishayaya nearly simulate with the disease Allergic Rhinitis. The present study on shigru taila and pippalyadigana vati has been taken which has its pharmacological properties like vata kapha shamak , Anuloman, Vishaghana. In study 40 patients of vataja pratishyaya will be taken in two groups 20 patient in each on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria and shigru taila nasya in first A group and oral administration of pippalyadigana vati with shigru taila nasya in second B group will be given. the trial duration will be 35 days.

入选标准
- •Patients fullfill the diagnostic criteria based on sign and symptoms of vataja pratishyaya and allergic rhinitis Minimum 3 recurrent attack of sign and symptoms of vataja pratishyaya and allergic rhinitis.
排除标准
- •Patients suffering from chronic or acute sinusitis, rhinitis other than allergic rhinitis, other nasal pathology like DNS., polyp Patients suffering from any chronic systemic disease like Dm, HTN, tuberculosis, lower respiratory tract disease Patients who have taken any antihistaminic, mast cell stabilizer, nasal corticosteroid or any other nasal anatomic variants in nose since two weeks.
