Inclusion Criteria
1 Pregnant women of all ages, belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to Grade IV admitted in the hospital
2 The study includes all pregnant patients between 6weeks of gestation and 6 weeks postpartum
3 Both elective and emergency admissions are included
4 The patients referred from other hospitals and admitted to Niloufer Hospital are also included
1 The study excludes the patients managed on Outpatient basis.
2 The study excludes the patients who are not pregnant
3 Pregnancy <6wks gestation are excluded
4 Mothers >6weeks postpartum are excluded
5 The study excludes the patients in early pregnancy admitted for termination of pregnancy
6 The study excludes the patients admitted in the family planning ward for the purpose of tubectomy
