1. ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologist) status I children
2. Aged between 6 months to 7 years old
3. Scheduled for elective lower abdomen surgery under general anaesthesia.
1. Previous neurological or spinal disorder.
2. Coagulation disorder.
3. Allergy against local anaesthetics.
4. Infection at the block site.
5. History of premature birth.
6. Laproscopic and endoscopic surgery.
7. Surgery duration >90 min.

Name Time Method Success rate of block in both the groups in providing effective post operative analgesia according to the pain scale <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Post operative analgesia during first and second hour of post operative period
