- •Willingness to participate in the study
- •Score 5 or more on the Pittsburgh Questionnaire
- •Women in the third trimester of pregnancy
- •Lack of medical diseases and pregnancy complications
Exclusion Criteria
- •Reluctance to participate in the study
- •Score less than 5 on the Pittsburgh Questionnaire
- •Women in the first and second trimesters of pregnancy
