Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Meets the diagnostic criteria for insomnia;
  • 2\. The patient is aged between 18 and 75 years old;
  • 3\. The total score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) is greater than 7 points;
  • 4\. I or my guardian agree to participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Secondary insomnia caused by symptoms of physical illness or mental disorders;
  • 2\. Patients with severe primary diseases and functional impairments such as lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, immune system, etc
  • 3\. Patients with hemiplegia, visual impairment, aphasia, mental disorders, and physical activity disorders are unable to cooperate
  • Trainees who have completed traditional eight section brocade training;
  • 4\. Have unstable angina or myocardial infarction within one month;
  • 5\. Resting state heart rate exceeding 120 beats per minute, systolic blood pressure\>180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure\>100mmHg;
  • 6\. Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to conceive;
  • 7\. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within one month;
  • 8\. According to the judgment of the researchers, those who cannot participate in this trial
