- •Children suffering from any severe systemic disease like kidney diseases, heart diseases, skin diseases
- •Children not able to come at regular interval foe follow up
- •Chronic malnutrition
- •Pt. on long term medications corticosteroids, immunosuppressant
- •Diagnosed case of delayed milestone
