Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergo general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation in elective surgery. 2. ASA Physical status 1-3
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnant women or patients at risk for aspiration pneumonia. 2. The patients has a history or has been assessed as difficult intubation. 3. Patients who have limited in communication. 4. Patients undergo head and neck surgery and laparoscopic surgery.
