Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA PS 1, 2 and 3.
2. Elective hip fracture surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal.
2. Allergy to local anaesthetics.
3. Patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
4. Deformity of the vertebral spine.
5. Previous spinal surgeries
