Inclusion Criteria
Neonate with gestational age of 28-34+6 weeks with antenatal absent end diastolic flow in umbilical artery on antenatal USG Doppler.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Antenatally diagnosed gastrointestinal (GI) malformation.
2.Presence of major congenital anomalies at birth
3.Baby born with reversal of end diastolic flow in umbilical artery
4.Need of vasopressor support at the time of randomization
5.APGAR score < 4 at 1 minute
