Inclusion Criteria
The study population included clinicians and nursing staff from the disciplines of Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Pediatrics, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and Dental surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
Clinicians and nursing staff working at departments not involved in requisition and transfusion of blood and its components excluded from participation.
