Inclusion Criteria

1. Age > 18 years old
2. Has superficial second degree wound
3. area more than 10 sq.cm. size of wound between 150 to 450 sq.cm.

Exclusion Criteria

1. known allergy the polyester dressing, silversulfadiazine
2. immunocompromised patient
3. underlying disease which delay wound healing
4. pregnancy
