Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy volunteers; both genders; 50 years or older and less than 80 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Persons with a frequency of less than 75% in the activities proposed by the intervention; people with illness or mental disorder diagnosed; untreated systemic diseases that make participation impossible; uncorrected auditory and visual deficits that make cognitive tests impossible.
