Inclusion Criteria
Patients with antepartum eclampsia
Exclusion Criteria
?Comatosed patient
?Pulmonary oedema
?Oliguria /renal failure
?Patient who have received MgSO4, phenytoin, diazepam before coming to hospital.
?Intra-cranial bleeding

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Outcome measures: <br> Maternal ? Recurrence of fits, signs of magnesium toxicity(like loss of knee jerk,respiratory depression) , oliguria any other maternal complications like coagulation failure ,renal failure , pulmpnary oedema will be recorded. Other parameter like need for extra dose for Mgso4, need for diazepam or need for switch over to phenytoin will also be recorded. Details of labour and delivery will be recorded.<br><br>Neonatal: Neonatal outcome like still born ,live born, Aphgar score, hypotonia, respiratory depression , requirement for calcium gluconate ,need for NICU care, jaundice and any other morbidity and mortality will be recorded. <br><br>Timepoint: Till the time of treatment and post partum period
