Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient scheduled for lower limb orthopedic surgery with ASA\-PS I, II, III
- •2\. Age \> 65 years.
- •3\. Able to understand VAS for pain assessment.
- •4\. No H/o allergy to any drug of the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. Patients undergoing emergency surgery
- •3\. Patients with bleeding disorder or local infection
- •4\. Visible spinal deformity
- •5\. Patients with severe medical complications
