Inclusion Criteria

Patients posted for endoscopic sinus surgery with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical status of I or II

and Duration of surgery – 60 mins upto 120 mins.

Exclusion Criteria

Contraindication or hypersensitivity to the use of any of the drugs used in the study

Any known coagulopathy disorder

Body mass index (BMI) more than 30 kg per metre square

Primary Outcome Measures

1.Comparison of the hemodynamics (HR, MAP) at the start and intraoperatively every 15 minutes(mins). <br/ ><br>2.Assessment of the surgical field every 15min by Average Category Scale(ACS). <br/ ><br>3.Measurement of the blood loss in mililiters(ml). <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1.Comparison of the hemodynamics (HR, MAP) at the start and intraoperatively every 15 minutes(mins). <br/ ><br>2.Assessment of the surgical field every 15min by Average Category Scale(ACS). <br/ ><br>3.Measurement of the blood loss in mililiters(ml). <br/ ><br>
