Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Female individuals; aged between 40 and 59 years; body mass index (BMI) between 25 kg/m2 and 39\.9 kg/m2; waist circumference above 88 centimeters
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women with previous diagnosis of changes in the thyroid gland; impaired liver function; impaired kidney function; cardiovascular diseases; cancer; serious illness; using medication that alters weight; diagnosed with psychiatric illnesses. In addition, they will also be deleted; gastrointestinal problems; using drugs that may interfere with body composition
