Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The inclusion criteria were 1\) pregnant women over four weeks’ gestation and over 18 aged, 2\) women who wanted to participate in the IEPP, 3\) women who participated during four weeks’ education, and 4\) women who have a smart gadget.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The exclusion criteria were 1\) pregnant women who were hospitalized for health problems during pregnancy and 2\) pregnant women who were illiterate of Korean.
