Inclusion Criteria

1. over 18 years
2.A patient with an intertrochanteric fracture who received surgery using a proximal femoral nail with antirotation (PFNA).
3.Availability of devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers with webcams.
4.Availability of email and stable internet connection.
5.Need help/support participating via video call
6.Can receive consultation via video call Video from doctor 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months
