- 45 Years to o limit (—)
- Sex
- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease FEV1/FVC \< 0\.7 post\-bronchodilator
- •2\. Severity FEV1 30\-80% predicted
- •3\. \> 10 pack year smoking history
Exclusion Criteria
- •No expectation of terminal lung disease or another terminal disease within 2 years
