1 Age : 18-25 years
2 Gender : Female
3 Subjects with rounded shoulder posture :Medial rotators tightness, Acromion to table distance(tabletop test) >2.5 cm, Thoracic kyphosis(IK) >10
4 Subjects with non specific neck pain.
5 NPRS score > 3
6 Subjects with at least reduced neck extension and/or rotation ROM.
1 History of neck and/or shoulder surgery in past six months
2 History of neck and/or shoulder trauma in past 6 months
3 History of recent cervical spinal fracture
4 defects in the visual field and abnormalities in the vestibular system
5 History of contact dermatitis or abnormal skin reactions or allergies to rigid tape
