Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Shoulder pain at least for 1 month and not more than 12 months.
- •2\. Restriction of active and passive movements of shoulder, with abduction and flexion not \> 90 degree and external rotation not \>30 degree.
- •3\. Shoulder pain in night with difficulty to lie on that side
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. If patient has received any prior treatment for the same condition.
- •2\. History of any shoulder injury and surgery in affected side.
- •3\. If evidence of cervical radiculopathy,paresis or neurological disease
- •4\. Evidence of fracture and arthritic changes in shoulder
- •5\. Increased ESR and CRP (C\-reactive protein)
- •6\. Painful arc between 40 degree and 120 degree of abduction (to exclude rotator cuff disease)
- •7\. Pregnancy, Malignancy, Pace Maker or severe cardio\-respiratory disease.
- •8\. Known psychiatric illness
- •9\. Any contraindication to USG guided nerve blocks
- •10\. Bilateral shoulder pain
