Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Shoulder pain at least for 1 month and not more than 12 months.
  • 2\. Restriction of active and passive movements of shoulder, with abduction and flexion not \> 90 degree and external rotation not \>30 degree.
  • 3\. Shoulder pain in night with difficulty to lie on that side

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. If patient has received any prior treatment for the same condition.
  • 2\. History of any shoulder injury and surgery in affected side.
  • 3\. If evidence of cervical radiculopathy,paresis or neurological disease
  • 4\. Evidence of fracture and arthritic changes in shoulder
  • 5\. Increased ESR and CRP (C\-reactive protein)
  • 6\. Painful arc between 40 degree and 120 degree of abduction (to exclude rotator cuff disease)
  • 7\. Pregnancy, Malignancy, Pace Maker or severe cardio\-respiratory disease.
  • 8\. Known psychiatric illness
  • 9\. Any contraindication to USG guided nerve blocks
  • 10\. Bilateral shoulder pain
