1. Men and women aged 20 or older who voluntarily obtained consent (In the case of elderly subjects, read and sign the signed consent form after fully explaining the research content verbally before reading the written consent form, and if possible, listen to the explanation together.)
2. Patients who agree to the clinical trial
3. Pancreatic solid mass
4. Size of lesion: =1 cm in long diameter
1. Pregnant women
2. Blood clotting disorder (PLT<50,000/mm3, INR>1.5 sec)
3. Patients who have difficulty performing ultrasound endoscopy due to cardiopulmonary dysfunction
4. Cystic main lesion
5. Patients who disagree with the clinical study
6. Patients who cannot access biopsy under ultrasound endoscopy (e.g., anatomical deformation due to intervening blood vessels, gastrectomy, etc.)
7. Patients under 20 years of age
