The subjects of this study were elderly women 65 years and older who fully recognized the purpose and contents of the study and voluntarily applied. Those who do not have neurological or musculoskeletal diseases, have no restrictions on physical activity, and do not participate in regular exercise will be selected. For screening criteria for metabolic syndrome, refer to the above evaluation criteria and evaluation methods.
Those with physical, mental, and endocrine diseases that may affect the experimental task, those with physical activity restrictions, those who regularly participate in the exercise, and those who consume other health-related supplements are the subjects of this study will exclude
