Inclusion Criteria

curative tumor diagnosis (malignant Neoplasia)
- after chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy and/or ongoing antibody therapy
- age at least 18 years to 79 years
- subjective cognitive impairment (FACT-COG <=55)
- access to a device with internet access

Exclusion Criteria

- lack of German language skills and linguistic disorders
- severe cognitive impairment such as dementia
- brain tumors
- immobile, bedridden and unstable resilient patients
- patients with palliative therapy goals

Primary Outcome Measures

The change in cognition via alertness (without signal tone) is examined with the test battery of attentional performance (TAP).Reaction time in milliseconds is measured at time points T1-T3 (T1: baseline; T2: after 3 months; T3: after 6 months).

-Cognition (objective): tests of attention performance via alertness (with signal), go/nogo, working memory; verbal learning and memory test; trail making test A and B.<br>- Cognition (PRO): FACT-Cog. <br>- Health-related quality of life (PRO): EORTC-QLQ-C30; <br>- Cancer-related fatigue (PRO): EORTC-QLQ-FA12; <br>- Depression (PRO): PHQ9; anxiety (PRO): GAD7.<br>-Physical performance: 6-minute walking test.<br>Confounders: sociodemographic data, medical data<br>All parameters (except sociodemographic data: collected only at T1) will be collected at time points T1-T3 (T1: baseline examination; T2: after 3 months; T3: after 6 months).
