Inclusion Criteria
1.Women of childbearing age (18 to 35years);
2.Blood Hemoglobin (Hb) ï?£115g/L;
3.BMI <20 kg/m2
4.Willing to participate in the study;
5.Stays within reasonable distance from the study site; for follow â??up;
6.Positive for H. pylori antibody by rapid diagnostic test;
7.Positive for H. pylori â??Cag Aâ?? status.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Acute and chronic diseases such as aplastic anemia, thalassamia, or hemolytic anemia;
2.Treatment with antibiotics during past one month;
3.Blood transfusion or blood donation within the last 4 months;
4.Pregnancy.
